I love reading and listening to exchanges between pilots and the tower. The ones in the link above, especially the first in Frankfurt and the last one, are pretty funny.

If you want something as good as a Chromebook but without the limitations, get yourself a Ideapad Yoga. Awesome little machine, hardware just as good as the Chromebook, but with two drive bays each capable of holding a 400GB SSD, if you've got the cash. The screen hinges all the way back for multimedia viewing ("tent mode") and works just fine as a tablet, and works pretty damned good with both MS Windows and Linux Mint, if that's your thing.
