Hm... Considering how dense the crowd can be in the Christmas times in shopping malls, the right weapon for getting through it is probably this :


I don't want to go back to work tomorrow :< I had a week off and I feel bad now, knowing I'll have to go back there. Just for 3 days though.

 

That's right, Christmas is this week.

Well I won't be on the roads for a while, there's even more crazy drivers out now.

fixed the fucking window blinds for like the 40th fucking time now. no one else in this house seems to be able to keep from breaking them and I seem to be the only one capable of figuring out how they work, what went wrong and how to fix them. when I try to fix them I get bitched at that I don't know what I'm doing and then they proceed to break them further trying to fix them before they finally give up like an angry 4 year old and just drop it and walk away so I can finally take a crack at it. what do you know, they work now and yet still everyone thinks I'm stupid and can't figure shit out.

tl;dr old ass parents break shit, ask for me to fix it, say I don't know what I'm doing and break it some more trying to fix it themselves, then I finally fix it when they give up

 

What an irritating day to be stuck in the house.

Bored and maybe a bit horny, but it's raining pretty hard and I don't know anyone who's up for casual sex.

 

I know what your going through, not to mention that a set of blinds will only take so much incompetent 'repair', before they just fall apart and are no longer fixable by those that are.

I'm supposed to be painting while my guy is home watching 'the game'.
I suppose I better get something done..........Or maybe play video games, Hmmmmm.

 

the blinds are one of ones with a continuous cord so you just pull one side or the other to make the main shaft spin different ways to bring them up or down. the problem is my family doesn't quite grasp how it works so when it gets off the little plastic piece that guides the entire assembly inside and starts to tangle up and make a horrible crunching sound instead of stopping so it doesn't get worse they panic and start yanking the cord back and forth as if that'll fix it. next time they get new blinds I'm picking them out so they're as easy to fix as possible

Just got back from The Hobbit! Aside from one section near the beginning I found silly, and one short interaction I thought was really poorly written, the movie was awesome! I had lots of fun and even laughed a few times! Normally I'm dead silent in movies. Can't wait for the extended edition! Maybe the other 7 dwarves will get lines!

 

I don't even know if I'll be able to see The Hobbit this year...

 

So I had a fun time at work...yelled at my assistant manager for being incompetent and insulting me straight to my face...busted my ass over a pallet and nearly cracked my head open in the freezer trying to put up our truck...customers out the ass asking stupid fucking question...I'm so done...

 

Jesus fucking christ I hate my banks app. I've complained about this before and I have the same complaint basically. But now it's even worse.

Who the fuck thought it would be a good idea to make taking a picture of a check automatic. IT NEVER COMES OUT CLEAR. AND NOW I HAVE TO LET THE AUTOMATIC FUCKING BULLSHIT FAIL 3 FUCKING TIMES BEFORE I CAN MANUALLY TAKE A PICTURE. WHICH TAKES ABOUT A MINUTE FOR IT TO FAIL AND 3 SECONDS TO TAKE A GOOD GOD DAMN PICTURE BY MYSELF MANUALLY. LET ME FUCKING OPT OUT OF THAT SHIT YOU STUPID FUCKERS. AND I HAVE TO DO IT TWICE EACH CHECK BECAUSE I NEED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF THE BACK AS WELL. FUCK. DOES NO ONE BETA TEST THIS SHIT.

Trust me my friend, as someone who works management for retail, I feel your pain. Shitty to hear that you have bad management.

Probably the reasons i typically stay away from Starbucks, lol.

 

finally watched Prometheus since it was on TV. overall I liked it except for the huge emphasis on religion within it and I thought the cuttlefish baby scene was a little ridiculous. now if you'll excuse me I'm off to find some good tentacle porn

 

The whole movie was ridiculous and a complete disappointment if you ask me. I gave Ridley Scott way too much credit and expected way too much of him. I spent a year waiting for that movie and what a waste of a year's worth of excitement that was. Alien is one of my top 5 favourite moveies (Alien, Predator, Children of Men, Network, & The Prestige) and I was not prepared for an Alien prequel, made by Ridley Scott himself, to suck. But suck, it did.

 

well seeing as his movie production has shifted to things like the new movie Exodus I'm not really surprised.

 

...... I didn't even like Alien that much...
