At least you didn't break the tibia off at the yoke, like I did. I'll have to stay off of it for 5 weeks, so the doctors say.
The pain hasn't been so bad surprisingly, I only need pain killers once in a while when sleeping, or when I have been using my walker for extended periods of time.
The hospital's physical therapist stopped by the house today. He said he was impressed with my health and how well I was already managing my muscle care. I told him it was all because I ride a bicycle every day, same thing that put me in this situation in the first place. At least I now know my blood pressure is still very good for my age, around 160 over 78. I'm pleased with that.
