Good morning all, hope everyone is doing quite well

 

Shouldn't have studied before work. Gave myself a headache lol and I have to deal with idiots for 7 hours.

 

Morning. Bleh working Saturday. -_-

 

Oh geez that doesn't sound fun at all

 

I find a trend in customers at work. Their common sense has dropped.

 

Yeah... Yesterday I had to explain to someone why interest gets charged on a credit card. -_- Why are people so stupid.

 

It's possible you're just getting more efficient. I found that the more efficient I am at helping customers at my work, the more they miss in the process and I have to go over again.

Example: We have two signature lines on a paper they need to sign, and they ONLY need to sign the first one.

I used to just say "And your signature" and most of them would get it right.

When I started saying "And your signature on this first line" suddenly all of them started getting it wrong.

But, when I started saying "And your signature on this line" while also marking that line with a little X, my rate of success skyrocketed.

You just need to learn how to handle them. :3

 

Apparently it's not only trend in customers at work, it's an overall trend.

 

I'm less inclined to feel bad about your pet dying if you can't be bothered to spell the post about it remotely properly.

 

Actually, thinking about today at work, it might not be half bad. I work in a call center, but I also sometimes get time to work email support too. Today, half of my day will be for emails so instead of the constant back to back calls, I'll actually get to breath. There's still the possibility that I'll get nothing but incredibly stupid and infuriating emails to deal with like last time, but it isn't very common.

And then tomorrow I am meeting with strangers at a fur meet for ice skating. woo?

 

Actually feeling pretty good today for my day off, I might just go off on an adventure

What the hell else am I gonna do, stay in my house all day playing video games?

Gods what a night!
The maintenance crew where I work (janitors really), usually consists of a minimum of five people (6-7 typically).
Tonight though, we only had three. Talk about a disaster area when we left, had to work our asses off just to do the important stuff. Even trying to rush through projects, instead of doing them well, didn't safe much time in the long run. My body is tired and sore, and my feet feel like they are about to fall off.
I don't ever want to go though another night like tonight!
On the bright side, the manager did offer a slight bit of praise for our effort.

 

Going to go to the DMV later this week when payday rolls around and puchase some concert tickets for September 26. More money to waste xD

Well today was a good day at work. My poofy hair never fails me when it's going to be a good day.
