She was adorable and I loved that name. I'm sorry to hear about your loss. Getting over the death of a loved pet can be a hard thing, but what memories we have because of their lives!

@blackpaw: Yeah it was hard...I cried when I found out because she was staying with my mom and she unfortunately had to put her down ;^;

This is Smudge, the most adorable cat I've ever owned. When you talk to him and he wants something he'll do this pose and start air kneading, and he loves to be picked up and held like a toddler.

We are not sure what it is. We tried but they all look vaguely the same on the underside. They were born about a week ago. I'm hoping it's a boy hut it probably isn't.

I'm worried about my rat. I need to ask about him tomorrow when I go to the vet for a follow-up for Sophie. But he's not a friendly animal, like he bites, so I don't know if the vet would agree to see him, or even how I'd get him there. But I'm worried he's going to die :?

 

It doesn't hurt to ask and see if your vet would be willing to see him or at least offer some advice on whatever you think is going on with him! I hope he turns out to be okay. ):

 

*sigh* me too. That's why I want to ask. He can't even climb the ramps in his cage anymore so I had to move the water and food to the bottom level because he wasn't eating or drinking. But, like, whenever I try to touch him or get close to him he bites.

Backstory: I found him abandoned in a taped-up box, so I don't really blame him for having issues. I took him in because he was a creature in need, but he's not a cherished pet. He's like a tiny grumpy roommate. But I still love him and want the best for him. I'm really worried about him :<

 

I was in PetSmart picking up litter for the 3 cats and 1 kitten we have in our bedroom (as opposed to the 1 cat who roams the house or the 10 kittens in the foster-cattery) and I came across this kitten in the adoption cages who looks just like our boys looked when they were about her age...

I love long haired black cats. Sure the hair gets everywhere, but they're so cute.
